Step 1: Initial Enquiry
Whether you are planning a new build or upgrading your existing home, your journey begins with a simple enquiry. You can reach us via our online form, phone, or email. We will ask you some questions about your project to understand your property, goals, and timeline.
You will receive:

Step 2: Home Assessment & Design
For renewable systems such as heat pumps, we will need to arrange a site visit to survey your property. This enables us to fully understand which system would be the most suitable for your home and family. This includes reviewing your home’s insulation, available land (for ground source), and existing heating infrastructure. Following the site visit our technical team will design your bespoke system tailored to your home and lifestyle.
You will receive:
– A detailed system design
– Transparent quotation
– Timeline for installation.
Due to the technical expertise involved in heat pump system design, there is a small charge for the site survey and heat loss calculation. This charge is deductible from your final payment, should you proceed to install a heat pump system.
Step 3: Acceptance
Once you are happy with the design and quote, you formally accept the proposal.
You will receive:
– Conformation of acceptance
– Deposit invoice (if applicable)
– Project timeline
Step 4: Professional & Timely Installation
Your system is installed by a vetted, qualified installer who meets our standards and has a commitment to quality.
You will receive:
– Professional installation
– Regular updates throughout the project
– Site inspection and quality assurance.
Step 5: Commissioning & Handover
Once installed, your system is commissioned and tested to ensure optimal performance. We provide full documentation and training on how to use your new system.
You will receive:
– MCS certification if applicable.
